At OKC Mobile Mechanic LLC, we aim to provide top-quality automotive services and maintain transparency with all of our clients. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to disputes and payment agreements.

No Card Disputes Agreement
Customers agree, without exception, to refrain from filing any card disputes for services rendered by OKC Mobile Mechanic LLC. All payment disputes or disagreements should be handled directly with our management team, allowing for a professional resolution.

Mechanic’s Lien for Disputed Charges
In the event that a customer files a card dispute, OKC Mobile Mechanic LLC will place a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle for the amount of the disputed charge. Additionally, a $1,500 dispute fee will be added to cover any legal expenses and other costs associated with the dispute.

Repossession and Auction
If the customer fails to resolve the mechanic’s lien or arrange satisfactory payment terms with OKC Mobile Mechanic LLC, the vehicle will be repossessed. After repossession, the vehicle may be sold at auction to recover any lost revenue resulting from the dispute.
